Formerly known as “Contech Building Contracting”, we have rebranded as “Design de Lujo” in 2024 to better reflect our commitment to refined aesthetics and exceptional quality. Our journey continues with our added design vision to create luxurious spaces that make a statement, all while maintaining our highest standards of quality and expertise in the field.

We have contributed to the UAE’s growth since 2008 under “CBC” with our fit-out and construction services, having constructed luxury villas and mansions throughout Dubai, and completed fit-outs for private properties and esteemed clients such as Emirates NBD, AXA Insurance, S.T. Dupont, Al Jaber Optics, LOUZAN Arabia, and more.
